This 7-hour class is everything you need to know from MN Rule 1300 to understand the duties, authority, and limitations imposed on a Building Official.It discusses their responsibilities and qualifies how permits, plan review, fees, violations, inspections, and certificates of occupancy are to occur.
This is a great class if you are considering becoming a building inspector, or you want to better understand your role in the inspections process.
There is an energy hour, but no Management hour in this class. (7 hours) DLI APPROVED
